Frequently asked questions

We prepare all export documentation, and our invoice to UK clients is VAT-free (German export). Depending on current UK rules, import VAT may be applied on arrival — DHL handles clearance and bills any charges transparently before delivery. In practice the process is smooth and adds no delay.

Many UK policies reimburse veterinary appliances when prescribed as part of treatment — but terms vary a lot. We provide a detailed invoice and, together with your vet, the clinical documentation insurers ask for. Please check your individual policy.

DHL Express reaches most UK addresses in 1–3 business days, fully tracked. The Impression Kit includes a prepaid return label for the cast.
