2 · Impression Kit — We ship the free casting kit to your door, worldwide. The cast takes 30–60 minutes at home with our video guide — most owners manage easily, and we're a video call away.
3 · Handcrafted & delivered — Built in our Hamburg workshop in 1–2 weeks, shipped via DHL Express, fitted via video call. Adjustments free for the first 6 months.
