- 1 · Free consultation. Send us the diagnosis, X-rays if available, and a short video of your dog walking (WhatsApp or email). We assess honestly and propose the right device: together with your vet.
- 2 · Impression Kit. We ship the free casting kit to your door, worldwide. The cast takes 30 bis 60 minutes at home with our video guide: most owners manage easily, and we're a video call away.
- 3 · Handcrafted & delivered. Built in our Hamburg workshop in 1 bis 2 weeks, shipped via DHL Express, fitted via video call. Adjustments free for the first 12 weeks.
